Spectra360 has partnered with leading manufacturing and production industry and is seeking a Admin Clerk to be part of their growing team. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Our client is looking for an experienced Admin Clerk for their day to day operations. The candidate must be able to respectfully work with co-workers and clients as well. You must be interested in being a part of a highly interactive team. You must be able to multitask and work in a highly demanding time critical environment. You must be organized and highly accurate in completing tasks. Time management is essential. Perform additional admin duties as required and or requested.
- Answer phones, Excellent phone skills
- Data Entry Skills, typing 35+ wpm, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Customer Service, Excellent verbal, written and web-based communication required
- Organize and manage product paperwork
- Understand, sort and manipulate complex shipping and distribution list in excel
- Ensure accurate execution of all shipments
- Able to understand and utilize current shipping operating systems
- Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operation
- Coordinate receipt and movement of inventory between warehouse an operation
- Experience in Shipping and Receiving a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Math Skills
- Must have 1 -2 years' customer service, billing and clerical experience a plus
- Must have own transportation and or be on time.
- Day time Business Hour
